"The ideal is that a national reactivation plan can be presented, that is not mediatic, nor limited, but that we start it, control and enrich it so that Honduras can move forward," he said. According to estimates by economic experts, Honduras would be recovering economically within 2 or 3 years. It is expected that next year there will be access to a vaccine against Covid-19, which will allow the population's immunity against the virus, and go to work without fear to help lift the country. Chicas es del criterio que el Gobierno y el empresariado deben crear un plan estratégico de recuperación económica para no seguir en desorden.
Ante la pandemia por el COVID-19, la economía del país ha reportado pérdidas sumamente altas, mismas que no se recuperarán en un corto plazo.
El empresario asegura que solo en conjunto, Gobierno, empresa privada y ciudadanía en general van a poder sacar adelante el país.
“Ha habido una recuperación, hay negocios que están abiertos, ya se empiezan a recuperar y hay personas que están recuperando sus empleos”, estacó.
“La apertura hay que hacerla con cuidado porque el virus todavía está activo, hay que seguir las medidas porque no tenemos una vacuna que nos lleve a la seguridad plena”, manifestó.
En ese sentido, expresó que “vamos a tener que ir avanzando con la economía, abriendo responsablemente y siguiendo con los triajes, la protección personal y el distanciamiento social”.
“Lo ideal es que se pueda presentar un plan de reactivación nacional, que no sea mediático, ni limitado, sino que lo echemos a andar, controlar y enriquecer para que Honduras salga adelante”, indicó.
De acuerdo con estimaciones de los expertos en economía, Honduras estaría recuperándose económicamente dentro de 2 o 3 años.
Se espera que el próximo año se tenga acceso a una vacuna contra el Covid-19, lo que permitirá la inmunidad de la población contra el virus, y salir a trabajar sin miedo para aportar a levantar el país.
La apertura de la economía se está haciendo de manera paulatina, por recomendación de la Mesa Multisectorial que analiza el comportamiento del virus.
