Al hablar de protagonistas mundiales se podrá apreciar como los escenarios de negocios están cambiando día a día por las distintas “Revoluciones Tecnológicas” que estamos obligados a enfrentar. \nHoy se vive la denominada Era Digital\, que ha provocado que tanto los escenarios de negocios\, la sociedad como así también las empresas tengan que sumarse a esta corriente de cambios que se genera por la Transformación Digital que estamos viviendo. \nEsta transformación no sólo se relaciona con el uso e implementación de las redes sociales o el marketing digital\, sino que nos lleva a un proceso de cambio en todas las áreas de la empresa\, hecho que nos obliga a enfrentar una clara y definida transformación tecnológica y organizacional. \nEl hecho que la cadena de valor se transforma día a día y en estos tiempos con un mayor ímpetu\, no deja de impactar todos los sectores de la sociedad\, dando como resultado que cada uno de los clientes se informe mucho mejor y por lo tanto se modifica su grado de exigencia. \nEn este evento se va a poder apreciar que las llamadas Tecnologías de Información (TI) están creando en estos días nuevos modelos de negocio; impactando en la cadena de valor (producción\, acción comercial\, posicionamiento de marca\, atención al cliente\, mercadotecnia\, comunicación\, desarrollo de nuevos productos\, distribución y servicios\, etc.) y hasta en las estructuras organizativas. \nTambién ayudará a comprender la necesidad de cambio a sumarse al hecho de mover la organización hacia el denominado Management 4.0 (digital).
